It was during a period of convalescence that Kerry-Ann discovered the incredible world of sugar craft. Her fascination of how something in nature could be replicated in edible form, kickstarted a beautiful journey learning the art for herself and the world of Wedding Cakes Essex.  

Kerry-Ann has since developed her own sought-after signature feminine style, with muted colour palettes and delicate botanicals hand crafted from sugar and wafer paper.    

Her creative flair and love of sugar art are brought to life in her beautiful garden studio where she also welcomes an exclusive number of clients each year for private consultations.
